OKTAY ALVER

He was graduated from Kabataş High School in 1978, İstanbul University, Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty in 1985. He worked as an emergency sevices physician in Tokat State Hospital between 1986-1990. He worked at Bursa Elmasbahçeler Health Center between 1990-1991. He worked at Erzurum Yenişehir Health Center between 1991-1992 and at Erzurum Atatürk University Health Culture and Sports Department Mediko Social Health Center between 1992-1999. He completed his PhD at Atatürk University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Medical Microbiology in 1999, after completing qualifying examination and thesis defense. In 1999, he started to work in Uludag University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Medical Microbiology as Specialist Doctor. In 2012, he became an associate professor. He teaches undergraduate and graduate level lessons.
