KEMAL ÖZERKAN

He completed his primary education at Ankara Private Yükseliş College and his secondary and high school education at Üsküdar Hüseyin Avni Sözen Anatolian High School in Istanbul, and graduated from Ankara Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1997. In 1998, he started working as a research assistant at Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology (UTF KHD AD). in 2003, she received her specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology by giving the thesis ’The importance of IGF-1 and IGFBP-1 in determining the response to Clomiphene Citrate in the treatment of PCOS'. he completed his military service Erzurum Mareşal Çakmak Hospital between 2003 and 2004. He started his academic life in 2004 by being appointed as an expert at Bursa UTF KHD AD. During his academic life, he was interested in gynecological surgery, oncological surgery, urogynecology, and especially endoscopic surgery. At the same time, while continuing his specialty, he completed his post-specialty doctorate at the UTF Pathology in Bursa between 2005 and 2009. Completing his PhD with the thesis ’The importance of microscopic chorionic pseudocysts in placental membranes in high-risk pregnancies'. he has received the title. In the same year, the Assistant opened in Bursa UTF KHD AD. Assoc. Dr. he has been assigned to the staff. in 2010, he had an overseas experience in endoscopic surgery at the Charite University of Berlin and oncological surgery at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute Buffalo/New York. in 2011, he successfully passed the associate professorship exam, which he entered. In 2012, he was appointed to the associate professorship staff at Bursa UTF KHD AD. In 2019, he was appointed as the Head of the Department of Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery, established within the Bursa UTF KHD AD. at the beginning of 2020, he also received the Professorship staff. Born in Ankara in 1973, he is married with two children. He is currently continuing his academic life as a faculty member at Bursa UTF KHD AD.
