HÜLYA BİLGİN

She graduated from İzmir Girls' High School in 1979 and from Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine in 1985. She completed her compulsory service at the emergency services of Akşehir State Hospital and Ankara Numune Hospital between 1985-1988. She completed her specialty education in the Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation at Uludag University Faculty of Medicine in 1988-1993. She worked as an expert in the same department between 1993-1997 and as an assistant professor between 1997-2000. She became an associate professor in 2000 and a professor in 2006. In 1993, he was an observer in the Department of Anesthesiology at the State University of New York at Buffalo, USA, in 1995 at the Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Care in Nordstadt, Academic Teaching Hospital, Hannover, Germany. Participated in the neuroanesthesia fellowship program.

She is a founding member of the Airlway Management Subcommittee of the Turkish Anesthesiology and Reanimation Society. She participated and contributed to many national and international workshops on difficult airway management as a member of the organizing committee and as an instructor. She gave many lectures at international and national meetings. She is the Turkish consul of the European Airway Management Society (EAMS) (2014-). She was honored as an EAMS Fellow (FEAMS) by EAMS in 2018, as she attracted attention to the subject with his international and national studies, practices, educational activities, care and leadership in patient care and her leadership in airway management throughout her academic life. She served as the Secretary General (2010-2012), Member of the Board of Directors (2012-2014), Elected President (2014-1016) and President (2016- 2018) at the Turkish Anesthesiology and Reanimation Society. She is the Turkish representative of the European Society of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care (ESAIC) National Anesthesia Societies Committee (2013-). She worked as Head of System For Curriculum and Standart Development of Council For Medical Specialitation (Anesthesiology and Reanimation) 2016-2019. She continues his duty in BUU Hospital Transfusion Committee (HTK) (2008-) and Transfusion Safety Team (TGT) (2019-).
