MELEHAT DİRİCAN

She graduated from Savaştepe Teacher's High School in 1981 and from Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine in 1987. She worked in Bursa-Zübeyde Hanım Maternity Hospital and became specialist in Clinical Biochemistry (between years 1988 -1992) at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Biochemistry. She worked as a specialist in Bursa Yüksek Ihtisas Hospital (1992-1993) and in the Biochemistry Department of Uludağ University Medical Faculty (1993-1997). Worked as an assistant professor in 1997 at the same department. In 1999, she was entitled to Associate Professor in Biochemistry. Between 1999 and 2005, she worked as an Associate Professor in the Department of Biochemistry at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine. After receiving a Professor degree in the same department in 2005, still keeps on her academic occupation in the same department. Since 2007, she has been the Head of Biochemistry Central Laboratory at Uludag University Health Research and Application Center.
