KENAN AYDOĞAN

He graduated from İzmir Karataş High School in 1988 and from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 1994. Between 1994-1998, he completed his Dermatology Specialization training at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine. At the same university, he served as Expert Dr. between 1998-2003, Assistant Professor between 2003-2010 and Associate Professor between 2010-2015. He has been working as a Professor Dr. at the same university since 2015. Between 2007-2012, he completed his PhD in Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine, Medical Microbiology. He has been the Head of the Department of Dermatology and Venereal Diseases since August 2018 and the head of the Department of Allergy since April 2020. He is the chairman of the Venerelogy working group, which carries out its works under the roof of the Turkish Dermatology Association, is a member of the phototherapy, psoriasis, oral mucosa diseases, psychodermatology and dermatoendocrinology working group, and is a member of the Turkish Dermatology Qualification Board Examination Committee. He teaches undergraduate and graduate level Sexually Transmitted Infections, itching, cutaneous vasculitis, infectious dermatoses, skin findings in rheumatic diseases, skin allergies and cutaneous oncology.
